RETURN AND REFUND

You can easily return your product for 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Return costs are your responsibility. To return the product, you must contact Bonjourko Customer Service at our email address: contact@bonjourko.com.

PLEASE NOTE: the returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, in cellophane, along with its accessories and instructions.

.

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the package containing the products ordered, to exercise his legal right of withdrawal, without having to justify its reason.

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders relating to:

.

- the supply of goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection,

- the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

.

The buyer exercising his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in this article in terms of time and methods of returning the products, may obtain a refund of the returned products as well as the delivery costs (at the standard cost) of the order, in accordance with in article L221-24 of the Consumer Code.

Upon receipt of the package by our Return Service, all your returned products are rigorously checked. If they meet the return conditions, Bonjourko will refund to the original payment method or by creating an online credit.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

.

PLEASE NOTE: the buyer or recipient of the order must check the apparent condition of the package upon delivery.

.

In the event of an anomaly relating to the package (damaged package, open package, trace of liquid, etc.) or to the products ordered (missing products, damaged products), the buyer or recipient of the order must follow the procedures described below. Failure to comply with the procedure excludes any recourse against the carrier and Bonjourko. In particular, the buyer will not be able to claim any reimbursement. The buyer or recipient of the order may not also claim that Bonjourko re-delivers the products ordered.

If the delivery person is present:

Refuse the package and immediately put all the details concerning the anomaly detected in a clear and detailed manner on the delivery voucher.

If the delivery person is not present:

.

Do not open the package! PLEASE NOTE: opening the package excludes any recourse against the carrier and Bonjourko. Contact and return the unopened package to the GLS agency (or other carrier concerned).

In all cases,

Immediately report any damage or anomaly noted to Bonjourko's Customer Service at our email address: contact@bonjourko.com within two working days of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: the notification must be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 48 hours.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

.

The buyer or recipient of the order must report the absence or degradation of the product to Bonjourko Customer Service at our email address: contact@bonjourko.com. The report must be made within 48 hours.

.

Bonjourko Customer Service may request any information or a photo relating to the damaged product and carry out any useful verification on this occasion.
